Thi is a helpful kitchen conversion tool to help you with some of the common measurements used in the kitchen.
For your convenience, most of the recipes on our website have automatic servings adjustment and Imperial – Metric Conversion too. Simply select the options you prefer and the recipe page will do the job for you!
However, I do recommend buying a kitchen scale that can alternate between grams, ounces, milliliters and fluid ounces, as it will make converting readings fantastically fast and easy in the kitchen.
Common Kitchen Units & Terminology

- Plain flour = All-purpose flour
